I think I'm messed up because it will only let me enter one. I guess it's scared I might break the system with my knowledge!

I got 32. It didn't like the way I spelled a few, and others it didn't like. Like, banana yellow is NOT a color, apparently. But apricot IS. Who knew?

39 . . . but if I'd know I could just put "dark" or "light" in front of each one I had already done, it would have been a lot more than that!

(By the way . . . list making is my soporific. And I've done colors lately, so I was at a definite advantage. When I can't sleep, I choose a topic, like car models or flowers or vegetables or whatever, and come up with one for each letter of the alphabet. I know. I'm a little crazy.)

(And it also doesn't hurt that I'm a regular peripheral consumer of Blue's Clues. Hence chartreuse being on the list of colors I got.)

31 for me - that was harder than I thought it would be!

Only 36 for me. I tried doing 'light pink' but I must have mistyped it because it wouldn't recognize that color.

And I couldn't spell peuce apparently. Who could forget the lovely peuce?

OH NO! It's a test! And it's a TIMED test!

I don't do well with timed tests! My brain anticipates the bad news and just blanks out.

Sweaty palms, dizziness... can't do it...

on marriage

'Will you, um, marry me?' I haven't seen you in weeks! You don't look happy or excited about the prospect of our marriage! You're asking me to give up my - my freedom, my joie de vivre for an institution that fails as often as it succeeds? And why should I marry you anyway? I mean, why do you wanna marry me? Besides some bourgeois desire to fulfill an ideal that society embeds in us from an early age to promote a consumer capitalist agenda?
